管理沟通的作用与艺术因素分析

从一定意义上讲,沟通就是管理的本质.有效的管理沟通既能增强企业自身的"内聚力",又会增强企业整体的"外聚力",从而保证凝聚力成为企业市场经营的战斗力.沟通要讲求艺术性,如必须目的明确、思路清晰、表达方式准确;审时度势,注意调控情绪;把握时机,采取适当方式;以及"会听会说"等.     

中西文化差异与跨文化交际能力的培养

外语教学的最新理念是把跨文化交际能力视为外语教学的最终目的。中西文化在语言、世界观、价值观以及行为方式等方面存在着种种差异。将语言教学与文化教学有机结合,有助于培养大学生跨文化交际能力。     

Language and tourism

The sociolinguistic study of verbal encounters in touristic situations provides an opportunity to exanine communication between different linguistic groups under unusual circumstances: the high temporariness of the foreigners and the high degree of linguistic accommodation of the locals to them. This state of affairs stands in marked contrast to the tendency of guestworkers and immigrants who are less temporary and usually of lower status, to accommodate linguistically to the locals. While accommodation by locals is common to virtually all touristic situations, the degree of proficiency of locals in the tourists' language varies considerably and hence also the extent to which tourists are forced to accommodate linguistically. In an effort to organize the linguistic variation in tourism, a typology of tourist roles is used as the principal framework. The notion of “language brokerage” is introduced. The integration of sociological and sociolinguistic analyses is illustrated by incidental data from the literature on tourism and from fieldwork in Thailand.     

Characteristics of research on green marketing

This paper aims to describe and analyze the main characteristics of articles on green marketing published in the most relevant journals within the period 1993–2003, in order to determine the evolution of this current issue of research over recent years and improve our understanding of this subject. We built up a database with 112 articles on green marketing and we have explored the topic, the methodology and the techniques of analysis, as well as other relevant aspects of the research. In order to complete this analysis, we made a review of articles published in two journals specializing in environmental management: BSE and CSREM. In this way, this paper offers practical help to those who are beginning research on this topic because the results will help us to determine what still needs to be investigated in this topic and hence propose a research agenda for the coming years. The oxymoron of ‘sustainable oil production’: the case of the Norwegian oil industry

Many oil companies have adopted the concept of sustainable development and claim that their production is sustainable. This might seem odd given that the oil industry depletes a non‐renewable resource and that oil production also contributes to climate change. This paper analyses how the industry attempts to resolve this paradox, using the Norwegian oil industry as a case study. It is demonstrated how four rhetorical operations are used. By employing the topic of definition, the industry argues that it is sustainable because it (1) strives to cut its emissions and (2) manages oil resources with a long‐term perspective until such time as technology will provide solutions. The industry then uses the topic of comparison to (3) discredit other energy sources as ‘unrealistic’ options and (4) compare the production in Norway with more polluting oil production elsewhere. Understanding this type of rhetoric is crucial for validating or criticizing the sustainability claims of the industry. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd and ERP Environment.

给出了一种适用于MPSK解调的非数据辅助(NDA)载波频偏估计算法,该算法采用前向开环载波同步方式,与传统的Costas环相比,这种方式具有同步速度快、载波频偏估计范围大的优点,尤其适用于高速突发数字通信系统。理论和实验结果表明,该算法计算量小,复杂度低,抗噪声性能好,适合于工程实现。     

Computer-supported cooperative negotiations

This article describes an environment for interactive negotiations based on current and emerging information technology. Over the past few years a suite of methods, tools, and techniques have emerged which promise to revolutionize the negotiations planning and decision-making processes. Some of these technologies include collaborative computing, electronic publishing, intelligent systems, and networked communications—all supported by a network of processors, applications, and data bases. This article explores these opportunities by examining how the methods, tools, and techniques might all combine to facilitate “computer-supported cooperative negotiations.”
